COOKING 15 minutes


1 lb (500 g) BUCATINI GENTILE #G003 pasta cooked Al Dente


  • 250 ml (1 cup) cooking water
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) crushed peppercorns
  • 250 ml (1 cup) finely grated Pecorino Romano cheese


  1. In a large skillet, cook the peppercorns to flavor the skillet.
  2. Mix the cheese and cooking water until creamy.
  3. Add a little cooking water to the pan with the pepper.
  4. Add pasta and pecorino cream.
  5. Mix well until everything is well melted and super creamy (add cooking water if necessary).
  6. Serve immediately. Serve with Italian charcuterie and a tomato and fresh basil salad… A real treat!
