Bucatini Caccio Pepe

1 lb (500 g) BUCATINI GENTILE #G003 pasta cooked Al Dente
INGREDIENTS
- 250 ml (1 cup) cooking water
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) crushed peppercorns
- 250 ml (1 cup) finely grated Pecorino Romano cheese
PREPARATION
- In a large skillet, cook the peppercorns to flavor the skillet.
- Mix the cheese and cooking water until creamy.
- Add a little cooking water to the pan with the pepper.
- Add pasta and pecorino cream.
- Mix well until everything is well melted and super creamy (add cooking water if necessary).
- Serve immediately. Serve with Italian charcuterie and a tomato and fresh basil salad… A real treat!
