Linguini frutti di Mare

PREPARATION 15 minutes

COOKING 15-20 minutes


1 package (500 g) LINGUINI GENTILE #G006 pasta, cooked al dente


  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) cooking water
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) De Carlo olive oil
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tomato cut into small cubes
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) chicken broth or fish stock
  • 2 packets of Frutti di Mare
  • 15-30 ml (1-2 tbsp) butter
  • Fresh parsley and basil to taste
  • Lemon zest to taste


  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add the tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes
  3. Deglaze with white wine. Reduce until dry.
  4. Add the sachets of Frutti di Mare.
  5. Moisten with the broth.
  6. Add the pasta, butter and a little cooking water. Mix gently.
  7. Serve immediately.
