Linguini frutti di Mare

1 package (500 g) LINGUINI GENTILE #G006 pasta, cooked al dente
INGREDIENTS
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) cooking water
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) De Carlo olive oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tomato cut into small cubes
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) chicken broth or fish stock
- 2 packets of Frutti di Mare
- 15-30 ml (1-2 tbsp) butter
- Fresh parsley and basil to taste
- Lemon zest to taste
PREPARATION
- In a large skillet, heat the oil. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes
- Deglaze with white wine. Reduce until dry.
- Add the sachets of Frutti di Mare.
- Moisten with the broth.
- Add the pasta, butter and a little cooking water. Mix gently.
- Serve immediately.
