Sicilian Tuna Casarecce

1 lb (500 g) CASARECCE GRANORO GLUTEN FREE #GF475 pasta cooked Al Dente
INGREDIENTS
- 125-250 ml (1/2 to 1 cup) cooking water
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 containers (2 x 180 g = 360 g) mini tomatoes cut in half
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) capers
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) mixed olives
- Chopped basil leaves
- 1 can of tuna in oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- In a large non-stick skillet, heat the oil. Sweat the garlic for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, capers, olives and basil. Season. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add pasta and cooking water. Mix. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add the can of tuna (oil too and mix well.
- Serve and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
